A 140-acre master-planned industrial campus delivering over 1.4m sq ft of prime industrial and logistics accommodation across 11 buildings to serve distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce occupiers across the Fraser Valley. The project required extensive multi-agency permitting involving municipal, provincial, federal, and First Nations authorities. It incorporates British Columbia’s largest privately funded biodiversity compensation initiative, and includes strategic land assembly and multi-party cost-sharing to enable major off-site infrastructure upgrades.
