EdCity is a mixed-use, multi-stakeholder regeneration scheme located in White City, West London. The project delivers 100,000 sq ft of high-quality office space, 132 affordable homes, a new primary school, youth centre, adult education facility, and retail provision. The project is being delivered through a partnership between Vengrove, Ark, and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. Arbutus fulfils the role of Project Director, providing overall leadership for scheme delivery, ensuring effective coordination, guiding stakeholder engagement, and managing the phased implementation of the project.
