Hazelwood comprises 152 townhomes, shared on-site amenities, and landscaping within a greenfield site situated in Grandview Heights, Vancouver. Site acquisition was completed in 2017, with land-use rezoning, development permit and building permits achieving approval in 2019. Pre-sales and construction commenced in 2019 across two phases. First occupation was achieved in Q1 2021, with the second and final phase completing in 2023.
