Circus West Village forms Phase 1 of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, transforming the southwestern section of the iconic 42-acre site into a vibrant mixed-use riverside neighbourhood. The scheme delivers 865 new homes, office space, retail and leisure units, 17 newly refurbished railway arches leased from Network Rail, and public realm improvements along the Thames, establishing a thriving new community adjacent to the Grade II*listed Power Station.
